(Medical Room)
Use this service when you are not feeling well or are  injured.
Our resident nurses provide first aid services.

Family Services Breastfeeding, baby food, diaper change, warm water for baby formula and microwave oven to heat up baby food are all available.

Toilets For men/ ladies/ wheelchair users, nursing bed
Toilets are distributed in each area. Toilets are also located within table service restaurants and Stage 33™

Diaper Change Total of 32 units installed.
Disposable diapers are accommodated.
One (1) unit installed in each of 15 mens'/ ladies' restrooms inside the park (except restaurant restrooms).

(Resting Facility)
Resting facility, free use for all to enjoy carried-in foods and beverages Outside of the main gate (near the parking lot)
Automatic Teller Machines One (1) inside the park (Bank of Tokyo - Mitsubishi UFJ) and two (2) outside the park (Resona Bank and a credit card company) 'Bank of Tokyo - Mitsubishi UFJ' to the left from the entrance (inside the park) 'Resona Bank' on the outside and to the right of the entrance (outside the park) and 'CD for credit card companies' on the outside and to the left of the entrance (outside the park).
Credit Cards You can use VISA, JCB and MasterCard inside the park.
(Please note that some facilities do not accept credit cards.)

Kennel
(Pet & Animal Protection Facility)
We protect your pets while you enjoy the park. However, we do not feed the animals.
Please present your identification when registering as a new member (driver’s license or insurance card, etc.).
A small dog run on artificial turf is also available (free).
  • Regular Fee: \1,800 per pet
  • Special Fee for Kennel Members: \1,000 per pet
  • Service Hours: One (1) hour before theme park opening ~ 30 minutes after theme park closing 

    ※ Kennel Member Card
    Kennel MemberCard allows you to check in your pet(s) by signature . 
    A Membercard with Woody Woodpecker visual will be issued to Kennel Card members (Kennel Card annual membership fee is \500.).

Group Photo Pavilion We take and sell group photos, available only at Universal Studios Japan®
Locker Room This service can be used from one (1) hour before opening to closing of the theme park.
When opening hours are over, we take out all items from the lockers and keep them separately. To retrieve your items, please come to Guest Services.
(Note that an additional charge is incurred.)

Postal Service To send a letter, purchase stamps in the stores below and leave the letter with our crew at the lobby of Guest Services. We will send your letter by placing our original stamp.

Baby Carriage Rental Please use the baby carriage rentals inside the park only. Rental fees are as follows:
  • Single person(reclining back): ¥1,000 
  • Single person(non-reclining back):¥ 700

Wheelchair Rental Wheelchairs with stainless steel frame and hand break.
Rental Fee: ¥500 per wheelchair (tax-free)
